The Jungle House property has undergone significant changes, with major improvements to both the yard and structures. We transformed the once-disorganized yard into a functional and appealing space and added a new driveway for an additional unit, enhancing accessibility.
The units are nearing completion, with decisions being made about whether to flip for immediate profit or hold for long-term rental potential. One unit is being considered for midterm rentals, ideal for traveling nurses or corporate relocations.
In the backyard, excavation and grading are underway, along with the installation of patios and gutters. A private fence will separate the backyard from the main house while we seed and straw the main house yard.
Work is also progressing on a three-bedroom unit for short-term Airbnb rentals, with the main unit receiving a cleaning and power wash. Modern upgrades, including granite counters and new cabinets, enhance the space. A locked basement for storage is also part of the safety plan.
